Only 19% Now Say Bush Told The Truth About 9-11
58% say he lied.

And even worse numbers on Iraq I'm sure.

But maybe the worst liar of all is Santorum who had the nerve to go on Fox News two months ago and say we found WMD in Iraq. What a lame-assed BS artist. Why would 40% of PA voters even consider him?

President Washington declined to run after two terms. Do you think he had everything he wanted to accomplish completed in that time? A constant churning of representation would prevent much of the inbreeding and sclerosis clogging the artery of our budgetary process. There was a brief Op Ed in today’s WSJ about the number of people testifying for versus against various congressional programs in hearings. Apparently the ratio exceeded 20 to 1 for expanding programs and praising them.

<sarcasm>With testimony stroking the ever hungry egos of the senile egomaniacs in Washington, why would they think they were being egalitarian by spending more on federal programs? </sarcasm>

I don't care how perilous the times, we need a constant changing of the guard in Washington to reduce the ability of elected officials to become entrenched. It would get rid of KKK Byrd and Teddy Hic Kennedy.

We need two Amendments: A Balanced Budget Amendment would make it more difficult for politicians to have our grandchildren's cake and eat it too. A Term Limits Amendment would ensure that elected officials couldn't overstay their welcome.

Oh, and sorry if I didn't call you a liar or otherwise insult anybody. <g>
