There are gulags in Guantanamo. Secret prisons around the world. The US has more people in prison per capita than any country. We're building more prisons and detainee centers now.

NK is a problem child and must be dealt with firmly. Bush screwed the pooch by turning his head away from the problems as they arose in NK. His inaction and his refusal to keep the dialog open has cost the world and brought us closer to a nuclear nightmare.
