Or, would that be, "resulting" from Africa seeming to be left behind?

My earlier point was that perhaps not all peoples of the world have the necessary antecedants to fall back on that would serve to support or prepare them for the pace of 21st Century lunacy. Consider the objects, behaviors, expectations and principles that you are aware of, then compare those with the background tools of someone whose parents were forced into taking a menial job twenty, fifty years ago.
