Canada doesn't need a military, Itchy. Chris sending poorly equipped soldiers out into the world to be peacekeepers is evil. And yet Canada does it. Now we are fighting in someplace called Afghanistan. In order to keep you waters from becoming international waterways, you have to be able to patrol them. Our best boat is called the haida. It is now a museum in hamilton. We really do need a military Chris, it provides employment, and education and discipline for many young people who might otherwise never have the opportunities the military offers.
