I was reading the above Bloomberg article, somehow lost the link and cannot find it again. The yahoo post is only part of the article.

The repricing of credit must be in process now. NEW probably was having problems selling their junk.

There are a lot of "loans held for sale" and "loans held for investment" in the books of many lenders. That could be one big can of worms.

Bloomberg news reported that the median pay package for Chief Executive Officers at 1,400 major U.S. companies rose 16 percent last year, which was about half the increase reported in 2004. The median pay package totaled roughly $3 million.
