I didn't change the topic. You haven't shown that Bush is violating the constitution, or at least violating it in a clearer or more severe way that other administrations. In one sense the constitution is an "outdated document". Its a document that is routinely ignored, and has been for at generations. I would argue it shouldn't be so ignored, but Bush's transgressions against it are not fundamentally more severe than those of previous administrations.
