Ah, yes, the cultural relativism argument. The Iraqis aren't like us, they really love dictators who massacre them, man, woman and child, and throw their bodies into mass unmarked graves. They adore being exploded to death by terrorists in the markets. They really crave death squads murdering their doctors, dentists, pharmacists, and every body else with an education. It is their lifelong dream to be tortured and mutilated, then executed. Yes, we must honor their cultural differences, and not impose alien Western concepts like "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" on them.
