Junior had to have the right to torture. He badgered congress to death to pass that as soon as possible because it was so urgent. Then after they passed it he waited 2 or 3 weeks before signing it to see if there was any large public outcry. Hardly any so now torture is legal and junior can detain (lmao, detain, that really means lock up and throw away the key) anyone he wants, anyone in America or anyone he can get out of any other country.

There's going to be a lot to undo if the democrats ever get into power. Reinstating Habeas Corpus should be one of the first orders of business.

I wrote a scathing letter to half of the 12 dems that voted for that bill. High irony, a la Colbert.
