Big Oil and the Bushies haven't built a single refinery in six years. That is such a huge lie that democrats are against more refineries. It's the Bushies who stop them and even shut them down. Big Oil doesn't want more refineries. In fact they try hard to close them down and consolidate so they can control the supply and manipulate the prices. This is a huge ripoff scheme to try and monopolize the system completely and steal whenever they feel like it. Big Oil needs to be strictly regulated once we have their cronies out of the White House and congress.
