Hey TOM, I just watched Johnathon Turly, constitutioanl law professor at George Washington university on Keith Olberman's . He was hysterical. He said people do not understand how dramatic the changes in habeous corpus laws have been. He said we have just overturned 200 years of precedent. He said he never expected this would happen in our country. He was really shaken?? It would be interesting to see how other lawyers feel about these changes in the law.

Yea, Love the Chicken too!! I like to do my own spices and sauces but I have to hand it to McCormick on those two efforts!!! The bargains are out there now as you point out but the tax effect is an irrefutable annual event and it will happen. I don't think the elections will have a huge effect, unless the Gold market turns on a dime. Which it could and if the rebound is so strong that bargains start drying up I will be making cash with my remaining holdings which are my biggest positions anyway. GG is one that may not see much further selling with an increase in POG. It looks good now. Cheers, Ogi
