I have done it, as do many people. But even with relatives in 40 states, no one I know has ever not had an operation when they needed it and hospital treatment as they needed it. But fine, I think everyone should have medical care, and we should end this discussion. Simply because when it is 50% of your states entire budget, and your taxes are 50% of everyones income you will have a better idea of how to discuss this.
