Subject to continued success, commercial mining could begin late in the year.> I think for the layman (such as myself) there is some ambiguity there. I am sure they do not mean a decline in actual physical production- but rather the construction of some sort of angular hole or shaft driven at a declining angle into the ground. Just guessing but I found the phraseology interesting. Disclosure: Own a lot of RMKL
