Customers usually have those 4 colors and 2 specials from a Pantone color book. pantone.com As you most likely already know. Color schemes change not only in packaging, but in many other aspects in business as well. I think your on to something. Just ran a hair care products job the other day that had a metallic gold background. More customers now are having metallic colors in their work.
