Bread machines are a real fine toy. There is something about getting up on Sunday morning with the smell of fresh bread in the house. Or coming into the house on a rainy cold day and the whole house smells of bread...... and it is really pretty foolproof. I made raisin bread the other day..... and it is programmable so that you can make it early and it is ready 14 hours later. So if you were having a breakfast guest you can impress the heck out of her. and you can set it up in 5 minutes, before you go out. And if she decides not to spend the night, oh well you still have a great breakfast.
