Your comment regarding the government allowance is wrong. Once again you have made assumptions because you see everything through your party eyes instead of as an American. There is a huge distinction...and you become part of the problem with that partisan view. Oh please, tell me how I am wrong. Tell me how these charts are wrong: zfacts.com web.whittier.edu The very idea of government expansion is horrible, but in this country we have a right to our own opinions. So, your want for the safety net being expanded may explain the difficulties in your life which differ from mine. Because of YOUR partisan bias, you can't even begin to understand the benefits of a safety net.
