No one building new nukes or refineries is not "old news". We're building bio-fuel refineries here in Arkansas.

I used to like to go swimming and body surfing in the Pacific in the warm outflow cooling water plume from the San Onofre nuclear power plant in S. Cal. It was perfectly safe, and the water was several degrees warmer that the cold Pacific there, with the Alaska current that flows down the coast.
