SIGA does not fit your bull popper (too much volume), but I wonder if you are interested in it anyway.

A bull popper is a stock that has volume between 2-10 million shares in one day...

SIGA traded 40M shares on Wednesday.

It has shares outstanding less than 75 million, preferably 25 million or less..

27.5M shares

It moves up over 60% in one day....

+130% on Wednesday.
