I have to disagree with the generalities on all sides. That's what happens in arguments.

"My scam is ok, yours is not," is just human nature, when we argue, particuarly if money is involved.

There are companies that have legitimate beefs with respect to manipulative shorting and also with MM's or specialists not doing their job, at least judged by 21st century potential for fair and free markets.
