Q4 revenue will be a new sales and revenue record again, after Q2 and Q3, which were also record quarters.
Analysts will have to wait for the next peak....again.

ASML expects to ship 69 systems in Q4 with an ASP of €14.2 million for new systems and an ASP for all systems of €12.9 million, supporting its guidance of overall revenue growth of 40% in 2006 versus 2005. That would require a 5.5% sequential increase in sales in the fourth quarter, to €1.01 billion, bringing the year total to €3.54 billion.

re:
Immersion tool percentage of revenue to increase from about 9% to 15% in 07.

Suppose the total revenue will be € 3.5 billion in 2007, and that's a fair estimate, 15% represents € 525 million or only 21 machine's, because the ASP is about € 25 million each.
ASML said in Q2 that they expect to sell a total of 70 immersion tools in 2006 and 2007.

I expext ASML will sell 28 immersion tools in 2006, so a total of 70 units in 2006 and 2007 represents a number of sold units of 42 in 2007, worth € 1.050 billion or about 30% of the total revenue in 2007.
Or am I wrong?
