MMGG is also selling for less than 1% of the metal in the ground, and you don't have to worry about confiscation of profits by the Mongolian government.

It's amazing that a major is willing to invest that much in a project in such a high-risk country, given Mongolia's confiscation plans. Shows how little supply there is out there and what a big demand there is from majors for big projects.

This news shows that financing for good, big projects won't be an issue for the foreseeable future, IMO.
