Decent little piece on Ecuador this morning, eh ... cracked me up every time that guy said 'paahty', lol ... but it sounds like the government will be stymied either way, very much dependent on coalition-building in a political environment where coalitions are hard to build and don't last ... fractured parties with 'checks and balances' strong enough to consistently let the Nays take it on attempts of change ... which has its pros as well as cons, probably

en.wikipedia.org - pretty much confirms the above

Sounds a lot like México, imho, even to the strong desire among citizens for compromise, to make things work and not just listen to the politicians bicker ... cabinets formed of members from all major parties - this will be the case with that of Calderón, the secretariats of ministries like health and social security will very likely come from Amlo's party, PRD .... who just this sunday lost the governorship of Tabasco through his antics - and that's where he is from, lol, too funny and it looks good on him - they were expected to win by an healthy margin, and they lost by ten per cent, perfect

Green on the screen today - mmgg bmc cuu sgm goz, etc ... good deal
