Sure but then these guys have never really worried about the share holders .. hell, management does not even own that many shares and check out some insiders transactions.. Pathetic..

Where, in what countries, would a potential MRV deployment spree take place, given the types of relationships that are required with dominant service providers who could make a real difference? Is it in the independent deployments we now see taking place piecemeal, or, is MRV presently in a good "position" somewhere - if so, where, and with whom? - to strike when the next round of RFPs is unleashed?
