If it's true that only one party's voter rolls are being tested, that should be a criminal offence.

I agree with that.

Also the way this was alleged to be done was totally crooked. The letter sent was supposedly crafted to look like one of those news letters that one gets from various government or public entities. There was no warning that it was a reply or get dropped letter except in the last paragraph of a 4 page letter. That is totally crooked. That should also be illegal in my opinion.

Also the timing of the letter is to maximize disenfranchisement. If it is true that they sent over one million letters out that leaves very little time for the processing of the replies. And if there are any discrepancies then even less time to deal with those. It should be illegal to purge voter rolls without giving sufficient time for voters to validate their legitimate voting status.
