I think you're just playing with words here, I believe most all Americans already know the difference between a left wing cut and run policy and a right wing phase out... the obvious difference is that a phase out will not happen until we reach our political and military objectives, but a cut and run at any cost is pure stupidity and cowardice... the enemy already believes that American will eventually leave because we don't have the stomach or patience for a long drawn out confrontation, thanks to the demohacks... GZ
