He's got a point.......and he's making that point so CA doesn't have to spend the money monitoring its border with Mexico. The feds would love nothing more than to have the states pick up the burden.

That's what the Houston Police said too, until an illegal killed one of their Cops not long ago. Now the Mayor and Police Chief have to live with that on their head.
