Soros

The man is a real "Idiot Savant," isn't he?

whatever he is, he is a dangerous character because he can afford to spend hundreds of millions annually on his idiosyncratic projects. And, being a proper capitalist, he spends his money far more efficiently than any government ever would.

A few years ago he took some opposition people from Georgia (Caucasus) to Europe to train them in organizing a "bloodless revolution" -- which ultimately toppled Schevarnadze. I don't care about Schevarnadze (and I don't know much about him) - but I don't like the idea of Soros running around the world playing kingmaker.

Another one was the "Velvet Revolution" in Ukraine. Soros was in Kiev several months before the election, preparing the "orange demonstrations". The candidate whom he opposed never had a chance.
