Thanks, that clarifies the situation and the numbers start to make sense. The ArF immersion tools represent 19% of the 2.1 billion backlog, equal to roughly 400 million. The immersion tool backlog is 15 units, equal to a price per unit of about 26 million. The interesting bit will be how many immersion tools ASML can produce and sell in 2007 to improve on the number of 20-25 units shipped this year.
