There is a good chance that the less astute people that the lefties have fooled will assume that because the polls say democrats will win they will stay home instead of voting. All of the conservatives will be out in force to ensure that it is a good election for Republicans. It could be a high turnout for a mid term election. If all the conservatives turn out Republicans could end up gaining seats. (I am not putting too much credence in that idea.)
