They barred him from association with any NASD member in any capacity. How will they enforce that? If they catch him associating with a NASD member what will they do? Slap him on the wrist again? For Asensio a $20,000 find is just part of the cost of doing business, and a small part at that. Asensio collects these toothless reprimands like merit badges and they only increase his martyr/hero status with his posse.
