the most unethical part of the whole saga was cannacord doing a $10mil finance at 3.50 in April with the court decision looming.....they were all fully aware of the shaky ground that that IMA was standing on

IMR loss some $C150 millions in market cap while AQI gained some $C110 millions...so there is a differential.

But it will be solved once the appeal will be done. AQI still has the lead, but IMR not giving up.

Long term, the winner (likely AQI, but who can be sure) will be much higher.
