I vote for Ichy being the stupidest, least informed poster on this thread. That used to be KLP but he's giving her a run for the money. Ichy's utter lack of information, misinformation and outright making up of things is so over the top it's just pathetic.

Kerry wanted to provide Congress' healthcare plan to all Americans.

Frankly, I think WalMart may beat everyone else to the punch segmenting healthcare --- not health insurance --- into the low-hanging fruit versus the tough nuts. If it works out well for them, I can see WalMart offering some health insurance on top of their walk-in flat-fee service.

They might try offering it to their own employees but either way it may be the fire under the rear end of healthcare in the US.

so he introduced a plan to make employers pay for health care for employees, who paid for the unemployed? Why didn't he try to find a consensus. he had a lot of time left, why didn't he try again.
