I agree, but was just trying to make a point.

In DC from 1880 to 1980 no one who ever shot a cop made it to trial, a cop was shot about every 10 years. Then the libs and ACLU got involved, now a cop shooter not only makes it to trial but only gets about 8-15 years. Plus a cop is now shot about every 2 years, one was killed, shot in the back of the head while he was waiting in his car for the light to change. That killer will be a free man soon
