Wage increases shall be more significant now that our unemployment rate is so low because of the great economy. Increases follow the economy and do not happen beforehand.

The quality of unemployed workers remaining is terrible...many of them rather not work...and we see it...hence we must pay more to attract good workers.

I know that you are not an employer so that you lack this knowledge.
