An inauspicious turn of a phrase, tending toward anxiety disorder. I doubt anybody would have the desire to be occupied by anything or anyone foreign? For the record, I desire not to be so occupied.

Yes really. At least against anything short of massive invasion from the north, and even that with re-supply and air support.
