OIH...Agree that could be a reverse symmetrical...but a reverse symmetrical in a declining trend is bearish..no ?

OIH and XLE still look vulnerable... could go either way. I think if the broader markets will sell off, they will take down energies as well... due to recession concerns, inter alia.
