Strangely enuff, my multi has 85 ingredients and is lower priced than yours.

"My multi has about 84 ingredients"

So there.

Actually it's 44 listed.

But is your multi a balanced system? Does the E gamma outweigh the delta which in turn is greater than the alpha tocopherol?

Does it have vitamin analogues in it, as many multi's do, which are toxic to the vitamin and the body itself? In the past I have not advocated taking a multi vitamin. Multi minerals often are not balanced either, with too much of one thing which prevents proper megadosage for an individual need. AOR MB3 is high in selenium which cuts off dosage at about 4 per day. Still it is one of the better and more balanced multis out there.

Many people do not realize that the medicinal oregano is not the spice they buy on the shelf of their grocery store. Most often that spice is really, marjoram an almost indistinguishable, similar tasting herb. Oregano, as everyone knows, will, in its pure form, grow hair on a billiard ball.
