Gore would have told Richard Clarke's anti Al Qaida desk (which Bush disbanded and did not replace) to alert all airports, law enforcement and officials across the nation to be on the lookout. He would have tightened security at airports. He would have put the FBI back on the trail of Saudis (surveillance which Bush called off). And it is likely 9-11 never would have happened. The one thing we do know is that Bush did nothing.
