Perhaps the sample of "Christian teens" is not just teens who identify themselves as Christians, but a group of identified highly religious teens who go to church every Sunday or something like that.

That's what I figured, too.

If you include nominal Christians than "Christian teens" would be such a big percentage of teens that it would be hard for the sample to be that far from the sample of teens as a whole.

Given that Christian teens are eighty some percent or more of all teens, it could hardly vary at all.

I wouldn't expect more than a single digit percentage of teens, Christian or otherwise, to respond that way. Ya gotta a be either a serious Christianist or temporarily under the thrall of a vivid Sunday sermon to respond that way, seems to me.
