Ski .. why do you think the Commercials are correct ?? Don't they just make the market and flow with the ebb and hi tide? How would you read this Lycos info? thomson.finance.lycos.com Frankly I've not figured either one of those out. On this Lycos info sometimes they just come in and Buy the Heck out of an issue .. and as they do the Bids go incrementally lower .. which Drives the Price down till they get their position built .. so to me it has little to do with the current price of an issue. Maybe you can explain the COT or Institutional ?? so it sheds some light ??
