Now, given your OPINIONS. XM CPGA costs should have been LOWER than in their usual OEM heavy quarters, but, just the opposite occured. XM CPGA costs were dramatically HIGHER!.. Now, how can retail CPGA costs be lower than OEM, when the FACTS show that just the opposite is true? Do you have any verifiable data points to support your OPINIONS???
