This widely touted thing you mention is bs. I have not read or heard anyone claiming responsibility within the Bush administration. Links? (I doubt you will be able to provide any since you made that up) Heard on the radio - Condi NOW says that the Chinese didn't tell her that the North Koreans apologized for the nuclear test. Condi also added that the Chinese didn't tell her that the North Koreans promised to halt nuclear testing. Both these were reported in the South Korean press and widely touted by the Bushies as if THEY were responsible.
