I don't know what marijuana does to the body. I'm thinking much more research has been done on the effects of coffee and they still can't definitively say if THAT is good or bad. That being the case you are being naive if you think the last word on MJ has been spoken.

You are also being naive if you think MDs would prescribe MJ of it was not illegal to do so. Imagine what a lawyer could do on the stand to an MD who used a drug not approved by the FDA.
