I haven't been watching tv for a while. Lane3 told me I could watch CSI just about anytime (I've never seen it). So, I turned on the tube to try to catch up last night and got distracted by 'trading spouses' season premier. What a crack up that was. It helped me remember why I don't watch much tv.

An ID is required to vote in Arizona. You must have an ID to vote in Arizona. The Supreme Court vacated the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals today on the Arizona Voter ID Law (Proposition 200, voted on and approved by Arizona voters in 2004). The 9th Circuit had recently enjoined the law without allowing for a finding of fact by the District Court, which is kind of necessary in these cases. The argument had been that voters without IDs would be disenfranchised from society if denied the voting privilege. But you have to have an ID to use a credit card, cash a check, get employment and just about everything else that requires credibility as a member of society so you need one to vote as well.
