"Foley's gone." But his stink is everywhere,and still relevant. His attorney still gives press conferences. The ethics committee still feels enough relevance to be holding hearings...why would they be doing this if "Foley's gone" was all anyone had to say? I want to know what the Coach's staff knew and when they knew it? Right now Hastert and Boehner are in direct contradiction with each other on when Hastert knew.... Why isn't the leadership qualities (read: character) of the republican leadership relevant still? Following your logic, if somebody commits treason, all they have to do is go into rehab and then we can claim they are "gone", so they are no longer relevant..nor would it be relevant to know who knew about that treason. That's nutty.
