Yes, E. Charters - the Sprott investment is indicative

We are talking about Campbell Resources (CCH.TO / CBLRF). Sprott is the most famous Mining and Resources investment company in Canada. They are scooping up half the shares of CCH.

Sprott has now come back two times, each time increasing their private placement. This is a profoundly important indicator. Sprott will now own over half of the outstanding shares (outstanding shares will be 400 million, fully diluted).

Right now, you can buy for around the same price that Sprott is paying.
