Our being in Iraq is a good thing...here's why. We are kicking the snot out of the Islamic crazies aka terrorists... We are, by being there, showing implied and implicit support of the friendly Arab countries that also have reason to see the Islamic crazies put down ie Jordan, SA, Kuwait, Arab Emirates, etc. We are showing the Islamic crazies that it is not a good thing to attack America, that there are consequences. We are showing the World at large that the USA will defend the rights of the common peoples to have a free and peaceful country. Everyone has their own take on our foreign policy but in the end it comes down to Tribal supremacy and it behooves us the American Tribe to leave a large footprint on the backs of those that wish to see us gone. There are a zillion other small considerations like Oil, Influence, Military equipment trials, new global military strike force experience, contractors as soldiers, etc, etc It is another part of the great plan to be survivors on into the great Global struggle..... hope the info helps you to a better understanding of how things work and will allow your grandchildren to live with a Standard of Living equal to yours...maybe. You have to think more in terms of the Big Picture.... Regards
