actually citgo could increase profits by dropping retail stations.

citgo would sell off stations to r. h. foster in maine for example. and foster buys at the truck loading rack citgo gasoline for his own private branded stations.

how often do you see a branded truck deliver into a service station these days. no one has any idea of where the driver is loading, could be a number of terminals with additive packages for the brand added during loading.

mobil loads at citgo in braintree ma.. have been since late 60's. been a long time since i have been back to area but no reason not to think the operation is still not working. the reason they do it. citgo has a terminal in braintree and therefore the trucks do not have to return to e.boston over the bridge and through back streets of chelsea ma. and to load again and return for another delivery in south of boston.
