I am proposing that with current technology, the only reason a word WOULD be different is if it was INTENTIONALLY changed.

I wouldn't object to the courts ruling that the original wording must prevail if the voters pass the initiative, and compelling proponents to state that in at least ONE ad in ONE newspaper before the election. But the Imperial Judiciary should be prevented from throwing the question off the ballot...
