No Way .. But I did have this tremendous urge to Rub some Baby Back Ribs.

1 1/2 C Dark Brn Sugar
1/4 C Kosher or Sea Salt
1/2 C Paprika

2 TBLS Each of Dried
Parsley
Basil
Thyme
Oregano
Onion Powder
Lemon Pepper [Good Brand]

1 TBLS Garlic Powder [I did 2TBLS go figure]

1 tsp each of
Ground AllSpice
Cinnamon

Mix thoroughly and put in a big shaker conatiner.

Forget Dried Worcestershire Powder .. just Rub a Sparing amount of Worcestershire sauce on the Ribs and Coat with the Dry Rub.

Wrap in Plastic Wrap .. Sit overnite in the fridge .. then cook as you normally would. In a Smoker with Maplewood or Hickory ?

Sitting over Nite in the Fridge is the Tuff Part .. I really thought I'd Freeze.

I used this Rub on NY Strips over the weekend too ... mashed it in with a Spoon then sprayed with Mr. Misto Olive Oil .. Spoon mashing again ... let sit for 15 mins... then Flip other side .. 15 mins .. and Grill.

For Steaks it needs less parsley. I'm going to cut the parsley in the next container ..

It was a change from the Winning Memphis in May [MIM] Dry Rub Recipes I had.
