I think you're onto something here Slider....

I always thought the USA would lose lot's of wealth and freedom and liberty(our "leadership" has done a great job in that respect)......and in the process China would would prosper and pick up a few freedoms along the way. I guess the nations meet somewhere in the middle down the road.

If thats the case we've certainly lost "America the beautiful".....and the once(??) communist Chinese have gained.

None dare call it conspiracy.....

SS money to Wall Street? I know I'm not telling you something you don't know when I say the Dems will have the House and an outside shot at the Senate. So over the next 2 years, I don't see that happening. Convince me otherwise, or are you speaking of years down the road?

The best line from Kuo "you can't serve two masters"

Bush serves both the corporations and the the Christian Right.

Doesn't add up...

Slider, are you saying that the investment banks will be able to use the social security money to keep the US equity markets propped up and use their other money to invest in China?

Slider, theyre lining up for the Paradigm Shift right now.

JP Morgan, CitiBank and Goldman determine who the Fed Governor is. They run the Fed. They bailed out LTCM. The Markets are getting 'spooky.' More and more power is being concentrated into fewer and fewer hands. Heres another case of the markets being concentrated into fewer hands.
